Terms of use

These terms cover your use of localdaypass.com, run by Lucky Ranasinghe at MADITECH. By using the site you agree to them.

What the service is today

Local Day Pass is a request service. You tell us what day access you want; we look for places that offer it and reply by email with what we found, including the venue's own price and terms. There is no catalogue of listings yet, and we do not take payment or hold bookings. If you decide to go, you book and pay the venue directly, and the venue's own rules, prices and cancellation terms apply to your visit.

Space owners can send us their details with the List your space form. Sending details does not create a contract or a listing; we reply by email to talk it through.

Your part

Give accurate details when you write to us, and only send information you are allowed to share. Do not use the forms to send spam or anything unlawful.

No guarantees

We cannot promise that we will find a place for every request, that a venue will have space, or that a venue's details will not change. We are not the operator of any venue and are not responsible for what happens at a venue you choose to visit. The site and our replies are provided as they are, and we do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date below shows the latest version.
